2026 BAH for NAS JRB Fort Worth
This page is the housing-allowance reference for Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. It is not a Fort Worth rent guide. No rent figures are on this page, and there are no projections.
Basic Allowance for Housing is set by the duty-station ZIP, not by the ZIP of the house. For this installation the ZIP used is 76127. That ZIP maps to Military Housing Area TX356, "FORT WORTH, TX."
Only seven pay grades are verified here. Other grades are not filled in.

Full BAH as shown applies to active-duty members and full-time reservists (AGR/TAR). Drilling reservists on orders of fewer than 30 days generally receive the lower BAH-RC/T rate instead. This site does not show BAH-RC/T figures because none have been pulled from an official source.
Same table across these ZIPs
Every neighborhood ZIP on this site maps to TX356, so the rates above are the full-BAH rates for each of them. The ZIPs in that mapping are 76114, 76135, 76126, 76132, 76116, 76107, 76108, and 76127. Benbrook city land also includes 76109, which maps to TX356 as well.
Which ZIP a page treats as its BAH ZIP still matters as a label, even though the housing area does not change:
- River Oaks uses 76114.
- Lake Worth uses 76135.
- Benbrook uses 76126.
- Ridgmar / Western Hills / Ridglea routing origins fall in 76116. Some eastern Ridglea addresses may be in 76107. That split is not verified. 76107 also maps to TX356.
- White Settlement uses 76108.
- Westworth Village, a section of the White Settlement page, uses 76114.

How the table connects to payment estimates
Four neighborhood pages compare a monthly estimate at that place's median Tarrant Appraisal District 2026 single-family market value with three with-dependents figures from this table: E-5 at $2,118, E-6 at $2,424, and O-3 at $2,460. The estimate is not a loan quote. Each page shows the assumptions, including a 0% down VA funding-fee factor, a 7.28% conventional benchmark rate, tax, and a statewide insurance assumption.
- River Oaks: stated estimate $2,093. E-5 is $25 above it, E-6 is $331 above it, and O-3 is $367 above it.
- Lake Worth: stated estimate $2,079. E-5 is $39 above it, E-6 is $345 above it, and O-3 is $381 above it.
- Benbrook: stated estimate $2,647. E-5 is $529 below it, E-6 is $223 below it, and O-3 is $187 below it. This is the page where all three sit under the estimate.
- Ridgmar, Western Hills, and Ridglea: stated estimate $2,829. E-5 is $711 below it, E-6 is $405 below it, and O-3 is $369 below it.
The White Settlement page is written for drilling reservists and focuses on gate hours and drives instead.
Allowance dollars: DoD BAH 2026, checked 2026-10-03. Estimate dollars: the payment method on the methodology page, using each page's TAD 2026 median. Gaps are the stated differences for those three grades only.
What this page leaves out on purpose
No other pay grades. No BAH-RC/T dollar figure. No rent. No forecast of a later year's table. When the DoD file changes, the rates get rechecked right away rather than waiting for the regular 90-day pass described in the methodology.
Compare the neighborhoods after reading the grade that matches the orders in hand. Drilling reservists on short orders should treat the dollar table as full BAH, not as their rate.
